This dataset represents drought conditions summarised at local municipality level<\/strong>, intended for planning, prioritisation, and reporting within disaster management and climate risk contexts.<\/p> Local municipality boundaries were sourced from the national municipal boundary datasets maintained and updated through multiple redetermination cycles (2009\u20132016).
